VANTARE

Strategy and website content

What can AI understand about your business from your website?

Your expertise may be stronger than the story your website tells. Vantare researches your business and its market, identifies opportunities to sharpen that story, and writes website content to help you act on the findings.

One report gives you a strategic assessment, clearer positioning and substantive page drafts. It brings Lighthouse's focus on AI-assisted discovery together with Beachhead's work on business opportunity.

One-time purchases from $495. You review and publish the content, or give it to your web professional. Vantare does not change your live website.

A real example

Follow one finding all the way to the written page

A useful recommendation should be specific enough to act on. Here is what the business could already show, what the report concluded, and the page text Vantare wrote in response.

From an automated Vantare report on Integral Healthcare Solutions, the founder's own consulting firm, published as the Vantare sample in August 2026. The report read the firm's public website and public web sources; it did not ask any AI service about the firm. It is shown as an example of the method. Quotations are verbatim; […] marks omitted text.

  1. What the business can showA capability on its own website

Source · the firm's team page

"Before going into health care consulting, Dr. Goddard was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of URAC. While at URAC and more recently as a consultant to URAC, he served on accreditation review teams of more than 200 HMOs, PPOs, and health Web sites."

integralhs.com/the-ihs-team (text as published on 24 September 2026)
  2. What the report foundThe gap in how it is represented

Report · Executive brief and repositioning

"The problem is that its single strongest, most defensible credential […] lives almost entirely in self-published bios, LinkedIn, and directory listings rather than in earned trade-press coverage. The site is the mechanism; it is not yet matched by outside citation."

"[…] it should say so louder, with third-party proof, rather than only in its own case studies."

Why it matters: the evidence exists, but only in the firm's own voice. The report's first recommended move was off the website: earning outside coverage of that credential. Its second was to put the credential to work on the pages buyers read.

  3. What Vantare wroteA drafted passage for the homepage

Drafted page · section "Who is actually doing the work?"

"Every engagement at IHS is led by Thomas G. Goddard, the firm's founder, who was previously URAC's Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Goddard sat on URAC accreditation review teams for more than 200 HMOs, PPOs, and health websites, and served as project manager on URAC's successful effort to obtain deemed status as an accreditation organization from CMS […]. IHS built its consulting model around that seat: someone who has made accreditation decisions, not just studied them, running your engagement from intake to survey day."

What the owner still checks: elsewhere in the same drafts, absolute claims such as "no junior associates, ever" need the owner's confirmation before anything is published. Every report is written to be reviewed.

What you receive

A report you can read, check and use

Each part of the report is written for your business. The excerpts below come from the same example report.

Strategic assessment

An executive brief and an inventory of what your business can already prove: skills, credentials, experience and assets, with where the proof is strong or thin.

"[…] it already operates across more than 20 accrediting-body programs and four practice lines, a breadth few single-body accreditation shops attempt."

Opportunity and positioning reasoning

Opportunities weighed on demand, competition and fit; the buyer questions others already answer; a positioning statement and a before-and-after homepage opening; the first moves in order.

"No accreditation-consulting firm has visibly claimed this advisory answer-slot yet — a genuinely open, winnable position."

Written pages

A homepage rewrite and full drafts for new pages, one for each opportunity and buyer question the research supports. Each opens with a direct answer and includes FAQs where they fit. The number of pages depends on your business.

"URAC's AI accreditation splits your obligations by role — developer requirements and user requirements are not the same standards, and knowing which set applies to you determines your entire readiness path."

Practical handoff material

An AI-visibility read of your site, a note on what to verify before publishing, a short deployment checklist, and paste-ready structured data (JSON-LD) for each page, written for whoever maintains your site.

How the AI-visibility read works: it is built from your own site and public search results. It checks whether your site presents one clear identity and answers buyers' questions in a form AI tools can use. It is not a measurement of what any AI service currently says.

How it works

Four steps, no calls required

  1. Submit your website

Enter your site address and answer one eligibility question. Agree to the terms and pay once through Polar, our payment processor.

  2. Choose the scope

Lighthouse + Beachhead needs nothing more from you. With the Deeper Dive, a questionnaire written for your business arrives by email after you pay.

  3. Receive the work

A private web link and a PDF by email. Lighthouse + Beachhead: within 24 hours of payment. Deeper Dive: within 24 to 48 hours of your answers.

  4. Review and implement

You check the facts and choose what to use. You publish it, or your web professional does.

Why two prices? A website shows what a business says in public. It does not show what the owner wants to pursue, which clients to avoid, or the result they never published. Choose the Deeper Dive when those decisions should shape the recommendations; choose Lighthouse + Beachhead when your public information is enough to start.

Terms before you pay. One-time payment; no subscription. All sales are final, except a full refund if we fail to deliver or if your business is in a field we cannot serve (refund policy). There is no satisfaction guarantee. Not available for licensed or regulated fields such as health care, therapy, legal, financial or insurance practice; checkout asks first and nothing is charged. Reports are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before delivery (terms).

Where Vantare came from

Built from work on the founder's own businesses

Vantare grew out of work on my own businesses. I saw how much could change when we looked at business opportunity and the website together: what the business could credibly offer, what its pages actually explained, and what needed to be written.

That connection is the reason Lighthouse and Beachhead belong together. Lighthouse asks how clearly a business is represented for AI-assisted discovery; Beachhead asks what opportunity is worth representing. Better visibility needs something worth making visible. Good strategy needs words a customer can understand.

The automated product is different from that original hands-on work. The best way to understand what it delivers today is to look at a real report and the pages that come with it.

Implementation

Who does what after the report arrives

You, the owner

  • Check names, credentials, prices and claims.
  • Decide which recommendations and pages to use.
  • Approve every word before it goes live.

Your web professional or agency

  • Adapt the drafts to your site's design and platform.
  • Add the structured data from the appendix.
  • Publish the pages. Any agency quotes you for that work separately.

What Vantare does not do

  • Log in to your site, or publish or change anything on it.
  • Monitor your site or AI answers after delivery.
  • Promise traffic, rankings, AI citations, leads or revenue.

Questions

Does Vantare tell me what ChatGPT or other AI tools say about my business?

No. Vantare reads your public website and public web sources and assesses how clearly your site represents your business for AI-assisted discovery. It does not query ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI features or any other AI service about you, and it does not measure rankings, citations, mentions or "share" of AI answers. The AI-visibility section of the report is an assessment of your site, not a measurement of what those services say.

What exactly will I receive?

An email with a private link to your report and a PDF copy. The report contains a strategic assessment, an opportunity map with competition and fit, a competitive gap analysis, a repositioning recommendation with a before-and-after homepage opening, an AI-visibility read, a homepage rewrite and drafted pages, a note on what to verify before publishing, a deployment checklist and structured data for each page. See excerpts.

How many pages will I get?

It depends on your business. The report drafts one page for each opportunity and buyer question the research supports, plus a homepage rewrite. A small, focused business gets fewer; a broad one gets more. There is no fixed number and no page count is promised.

Who publishes the pages?

You do, or the web professional you choose. Vantare never logs in to your site and never publishes or changes anything on it. You do not have to use every page.

Can my web agency work from the report?

Yes. The drafts and structured data are written so a web professional can adapt and publish them. Any implementation work is between you and your agency. Agencies can read about the pilot on the agency page.

Who is it not for?

Businesses in licensed or regulated fields, such as health care, therapy, legal, financial or insurance practice. Checkout asks this question first and stops before payment if the answer is yes. It is also a poor fit for very new or very thin websites, for anyone who wants pages published automatically, and for anyone looking for a guaranteed ranking or revenue result.

How long does it take?

Lighthouse + Beachhead is emailed within 24 hours of payment. For the Deeper Dive, the questionnaire arrives by email within minutes of payment, and your report follows within 24 to 48 hours of your answers.

Is a person involved?

Reports are researched and written by Vantare's automated system. A person does not review your report before it is sent, which is one reason every report asks you to verify its facts before publishing anything.

What are the purchase terms?

A one-time payment, processed by Polar, our merchant of record. All sales are final, with two exceptions: a full refund if we fail to deliver, or if your business turns out to be in a field we cannot serve. There is no satisfaction or money-back guarantee. Read the refund policy and terms.

Will this bring me more traffic, customers or AI citations?

Vantare supplies research, recommendations and written content. Traffic, citations, leads and sales depend on many things outside the report, including what you publish and how, so none of them is guaranteed.

What does the free preview check?

It reads up to 20 pages of your site, names one adjacent line of business your pages appear to support, and runs four checks on whether AI search tools can reach and read your pages. It takes about 20 seconds and needs no email. It is a quick preview, not a score of your visibility in AI answers. Try it.
