The short version. VANTARE gives you an AI-generated report with ideas and recommendations. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other licensed advice, and a human does not review your report before you receive it. We do not promise any result — no traffic, no search ranking, no revenue, no leads. You decide what, if anything, to act on. For anything involving advertising rules, professional titles, fees, or a regulated field, check with a licensed attorney or the relevant authority before acting.
This summary is part of these Terms. If it conflicts with the detailed terms below, the detailed terms control — except that what you were shown at the point of purchase governs what you were told before you paid.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VANTARE ("we," "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the VANTARE report or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
Purchase requires you to affirmatively agree to these Terms, the AI-Generated Content Disclosure, and the Refund Policy at checkout.
What you get. An automated, AI-generated report containing (a) a Beachhead scan of adjacent business opportunities and a concrete repositioning, and (b) on higher tiers, a Lighthouse set of recommendations for making your web presence more legible to AI and generative search engines. Higher tiers may include suggested rewritten page copy for you to install yourself.
Recommend-only. VANTARE produces information and recommendations. We never build, host, modify, publish, or access your website, accounts, or any other live asset. Every action on your business is taken by you, at your discretion.
Not professional advice. The report is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, clinical, psychological, investment, or other professional or licensed advice, and using it does not create any professional-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. For advice in any regulated or licensed field, consult a qualified licensed professional.
General, not tailored. The report is generated from the limited inputs you provide and from publicly available information. It does not account for your full circumstances, and it may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on.
The report is generated by artificial intelligence. It is produced by automated large-language-model systems. In normal operation, no human reviews your individual report before delivery.
AI can be wrong. AI systems can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or fabricated, including confident-sounding statements that are false. Treat every factual claim, statistic, citation, and recommendation in the report as requiring your independent verification before you rely on or act on it.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that following the report will produce any outcome, including:
AI-search visibility depends on factors outside our and your control — third-party engine algorithms that change without notice, competition, and the engines' own selectivity. What the report offers is a mechanism — a more machine-readable, citation-ready, strategically-positioned presence than you have today — not an outcome. Any statistics, ranges, benchmarks, or examples in the report or our marketing are illustrative and are not a prediction of your results.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit; the report's quality depends on your inputs. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act on the report, and for the consequences, including ensuring that anything you publish complies with all laws, platform rules, advertising regulations, and any professional-licensing or board rules that apply to you. You will not submit another person's confidential information without authority, and you will not use the product for any unlawful purpose.
Our IP. VANTARE, its methods (including the Beachhead and Lighthouse frameworks), prompts, templates, software, and the report's structure and non-customer-specific content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law.
Your license. On full payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered report — including any suggested page copy — for your own business. You may copy, adapt, and implement its recommendations for your business.
No resale. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the report as a standalone product, or use our outputs to train a competing model or build a competing service.
The product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the report will be accurate, error-free, complete, current, or fit for your purpose, or that delivery will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTARE and its owner, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the product or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the report giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold VANTARE harmless from claims arising out of your use of the report, your implementation of (or failure to verify) its recommendations, your published content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar, and refunds are administered through Polar's system.
We process the inputs you submit to generate your report and to operate the service. These may be processed by third-party AI providers and infrastructure, and by the merchant of record for payment. The separate Privacy Policy governs the details.
VANTARE sells through Polar, a third-party merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record for tax purposes and runs checkout and payment; its own terms also apply to the transaction. You contract with Polar for the payment and with VANTARE for the deliverable.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the product. We may update these Terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, the AI-Generated Content Disclosure, and (for payment) Polar's terms, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
