Refund Policy

The short version. Your VANTARE report is a digital research product, generated and delivered to you. All sales are final, with two exceptions: (1) if your field is one we screen out and cannot serve, and (2) if we fail to deliver. In those cases you get a full refund. We do not offer a satisfaction or money-back guarantee.

1. All sales are final

The report is an instantly-generated, digital research product. Once it has been produced and delivered to you, the work is done and cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales are final except in the two situations below. We do not refund a report because you disagree with its conclusions, because you would have written it differently, or because acting on it did not produce a particular result — we promise no outcomes (see the Terms), so we do not refund on the basis of outcomes.

2. Regulated or licensed fields we cannot serve

VANTARE is built for coaches, consultants, and practitioners in non-regulated fields. We screen orders at intake. If your business is in a regulated or licensed field that our automated report is not a fit for — for example therapy and clinical practice, medical and health practice, financial or investment advice, or legal practice — and we therefore cannot serve your order, we will refund you in full. If we catch this before generating your report, we decline the order and refund the full amount.

3. Fulfillment failures on our side

If we fail to deliver, you are entitled to a full refund (or, if you prefer, redelivery). This covers a report that is never delivered, that arrives corrupted or unreadable, or that is materially not the product you ordered. Contact us and we will make it right.

4. How refunds are handled

Polar is our merchant of record and is the seller of record for your purchase. Refunds and any payment disputes are processed through Polar, to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Disputes

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — for the two cases above, a refund through Polar is faster than a card dispute. This is a request, not a limit on your rights under your card agreement.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service.
